How do I get a menu/prices/dates?
You’ll find everything in our Christmas 2017 Brochure.

How do I book?
Please complete the online reservation form. Once we have received your enquiry a member of our team will contact you to confirm your provisional booking. Provisional bookings are not considered confirmed bookings until a deposit of £10 per person per booking is in receipt.

Can any member of our party contact you about our booking?
We request that we liaise only with one designated lead contact only. Similarly we request that all food and drinks only be paid for by the same designated lead contact. We regret we cannot enter into any correspondence with any other representatives and will only deal with the designated lead contact.

What deposits do you require?
We require a £10.00 deposit per guest, per booking, required no later than 14 days following the date the provisional booking was made.

Are deposits refundable?
Unfortunately not, your deposit merely secures your provisional booking and prevents us taking bookings from other clients therefore we are unable to refund any deposits paid. It may be possible to transfer the booking to another date, subject to availability and 30 days notice and this is purely at the discretion of management.

How do I pay the deposit / balance?
There are a number of ways in which to pay both the deposits due and the final balance –
Cheque – please makes cheques payable to Crow Wood Leisure Ltd. Please write your name (designated lead contact name) and the date you’re visiting us on the reverse of the cheque.
Cash – you may pay with cash at Bertram’s Restaurant Reception. Please do not send cash through the post.
Card – you may pay by card in person at Bertram’s Restaurant Reception or alternatively you may pay by card over the phone by calling 01282 471930.

When is the final balance due?
The full final balance is due by 27th October 2017 (for both food orders and any pre-ordered discounted drinks packages). If the balance is not received we reserve the right to offer your table to those on our waiting list.

Are refunds available?
Refunds will not be issued until after the booked event has taken place. Refunds will be only issued in the form of Bertram’s Restaurant vouchers, rounded down to the nearest £10 (minus £10pp deposit). Please note however that no refunds will be considered for changes and cancellations within 7 days of event’s date.

Do I need to preorder food?
Food pre-orders must be placed via the form provided by Bertram’s and paid for in full by 27th October 2017 in order to secure your order.

Do we need to preorder drinks?
We have some special party night drinks packages available which attract some heavy discounts provided they are preordered and paid for in full by 27th October 2017. Any other drinks can of course be ordered and paid for in full on the evening of your visit.

When are your party nights?

Mine’s a corporate booking, can you issue me with an invoice?
Yes of course, a member of our team will discuss this with you when we confirm availability for your reservation.

How do I get the Exclusive Evening Spa Voucher offer?
Exclusive Evening Spa Voucher is applicable against any December booking in The Coppice Suite, subject to a minimum of 15 persons. Spa vouchers will only be issued ready for collection by the designated lead contact, once food aspect of booking (i.e. not drinks) is paid for in full. It is the responsibility of the designated lead contact to collect any vouchers from Bertram’s office as we will not be able to post these out. The vouchers must be redeemed before the offer expires on 8th February 2018. The vouchers must be surrendered for the offer to be redeemed and they are not exchangeable or replaceable if lost or stolen. Photocopies will not be accepted. We highly recommend that upon collection of vouchers, that spa visits are booked well in advance as demand is high and availability is limited. The offer is subject to availability and is valid only for use from Monday 2nd October until Thursday 8th February 2018. Expiry date on vouchers refers to the date they must be redeemed and not the date by which the booking must be made with the Spa.

How do I book accommodation?
We have a number of on-site bedrooms and a luxury apartment. Please ring 01282 471973 to enquire about availability.

Do you provide for gluten free, vegetarian diets?
We can cater for most allergy related food disorder. It must be specified with the preorder before 27th October 2017 as we do need notice in order to cater for special requirements.

Do you provide halal food?
Unfortunately however, we cannot cater for any Halal meat requests.

I’m a Crow Wood member, does my discount apply?
Crow Wood member discounts do not apply to any of our set-priced festive menus, functions or party nights.
